Ο Άθως Χριστοδούλου γεννήθηκε στη Λευκωσία το 1985 και από την ηλικία των 15 ετών ασχολείται επαγγελματικά με τη μαγειρική. Αποφοίτησε από την Τεχνική Σχολή ως μάγειρας και στη συνέχεια, παρακολούθησε μαθήματα Hospitality Management στο Πανεπιστήμιο Λευκωσίας. Έχει εργαστεί ως βοηθός μάγειρα σε διάφορα εστιατόρια και ξενοδοχεία, όπως στο Le Cafe & Exclusive Caterings και ως αρχιμάγειρας στο Pralina, ενώ από το 2009 έως και σήμερα διευθύνει την CHIC Catering Services. Η αγάπη του για την κυπριακή κουζίνα αποτυπώνεται στη δουλειά του, βάζοντας τη δική του πινελιά στα παραδοσιακά εδέσματα της Κύπρου.
