Another case for Sherlock Holmes finds Dr Watson sent to Devonshire to investigate the mysterious death of Sir Charles Baskerville, who has been mutilated by a large dog according to the tradition of the curse of the house of the Baskervilles. The new heir to the estate, on his return from America, calls upon the great detective to solve this enigma.
