This book concludes with a step-by-step guide to everything a Chief Steward should take into account in order to start up his department in a major hotel.
Ο Τάσος Καλατζής γεννήθηκε στο Κάιρο της Αιγύπτου. Μετά την αποφοίτησή του από τη σχολή ΑΜΠΕΤΕΙΟΥ του Καΐρου, συνέχισε τις σπουδές του ως προγραμματιστής Η/Υ, στο Αμερικάνικο πανεπιστήμιο του Καΐρου στα τμήματα Full time computer science και Advanced full time computer science. Εργάσθηκε ως προγραμματιστής στην εταιρεία ΠΡΑΞΙΣ στην Ελλάδα.
