Ο Παναγιώτης Κονιδάρης γεννήθηκε στο Μεγανήσι Λευκάδας. Σπούδασε ραδιολογία-ακτινολογία για ένα χρόνο και κατόπιν μεταπήδησε στη Φαρμακευτική Αθηνών, από όπου αποφοίτησε το 1996.
Ζει και εργάζεται στη γενέτειρά του και παράλληλα σπουδάζει "Ευρωπαϊκό Πολιτισμό" στο ΕΑΠ και αρθρογραφεί σε εφημερίδες και περιοδικά.
