Othon Tsounakos
Ο Όθων Τσουνάκος γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα το 1948, σπούδασε νομικά και ταλαιπώρησε μέχρι το 1994 τη δικηγορία, από την οποία τελικά παραιτήθηκε. Από το 1977 ασχολήθηκε κυρίως στο χώρο του βιβλίου και υπήρξε συντελεστής στη συγγραφή ή επιμέλεια εγκυκλοπαιδικών, λεξικογραφικών, γεωγραφικών, ιστορικών και λογοτεχνικών έργων. Μεταξύ άλλων, εργάστηκε στην Εκδοτική Αθηνών (Θεματική Εγκυκλοπαίδεια και Ιστορία του Ελληνικού Έθνους), στις εγκυκλοπαίδειες "Επιστήμη και Ζωή", "Υδρία", "Υδρία-Καίμπριτζ-Ήλιος", "Επιστήμη και Παιδεία", "Grand Larousse" και "Δομή", τα λεξικά των εκδόσεων Σταφυλίδη, στις εκδόσεις Λιβάνη, Καστανιώτη, Λουκόπουλου, Μανιατέα, Ηλιοτρόπιο, Αρχιπέλαγος, στο "Επταήμερο της Καθημερινής" κ.ά. Είναι παντρεμένος και πατέρας δύο παιδιών.
